Please note that standard upcharges apply for sizes XXL and larger, typically $2.00 for XXL, $3.00 for XXXL, and so on.
If you're sending your own garments for decoration, we’ll need the following information to process your order:
Detailed Packing List: Please provide specifics on color, sizes, country of origin (COO), and exact quantities. No generalized numbers, please. Once the order is approved, finalized, and a deposit is received, all goods should arrive at our broker at least 12 days prior to the due date.
2% Misprint Factor: While we strive for perfection, there is an industry-standard 2% misprint rate for both embroidery and screen printing. Please keep this in mind when placing garment orders.
To keep our prices competitive, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage to supplied garments caused by the decoration process. We will inform you, to the best of our ability, if your product can or cannot be decorated. However, if any product is damaged during decoration, we cannot replace or reimburse it. We will, however, redo the printing on a new garment you supply.
Additionally:
We cannot combine adult, youth, and infant sizes in a single order.
Different shirt blends require different print methods, so please let us know if you have multiple types.
